Sterilization process

You have to start somewhere, so here I am recycling jars. They have been collected, scrubbed and cleaned. Then they are treated with sterilizer , air dried. The next stage will include filling them with honey, then capping them with customized labels.
The picture indicated the standard of cleanliness of the process, to ensure there is no contamination or risk of food poisoning.
The jars are then treated with sterilizer , air dried. The next stage will include filling them with honey, then capping them with customized labels. The empty jars will then be filled with unprocessed, filtered pure honey, that is far better than anything from a supermarket. This is top quality grade product, that initially will be sold a discount price this season, next season, this product will not be available at this price, I can guarantee that.
I am already planning and preparing for 2020.
At this time of year honey production by the bee's is now past its peak and the Queen is not as productive.
Watch this space, if you are in Leicester and are lucky enough to see me , buy the product, trust me you will not taste anything like it. It's unbelievably good.
